1. The wings have smudge marks, you should clear those.
2. The sun like pattern could have used a little more work, because they don't look like that xD Use warp tool from PS CSs I myself don't have warp so I usually do them by hand.
3. The wings do not fit in with the character because they share no irrization, especially from the fire.
4. That right hand looks really flat. A bit more chunkiness would do it good
